The Lost World In Kiansom – Part 1

Me and my friend decided to explore Kiansom today after an afternoon tea.  Photo shooting, exercising, and enjoying the nature at the same time, how wonderful can that be?  So after tea, came home to pack up my gear, and headed out.

---------- ---------- ----------

We decided to check out the river first, the only river in Kiansom.  The first time we came to the river was about 18 years ago, somewhere near a village.  I still remember there was no bridge during that time, and the only way to cross the river is to drive through it…natural born 4x4 spirit eh. LOL!   There is a bridge now, and there is no way to go down to the river again except crossing over from people’s backyard…and that’s not good.  So forget about there, this part of the river is further down from the village.  Not bad too.

After taking a few shots, we packed up and continue to check if there is anything interesting at the roadside.  There we came across a mini waterfall.  Looking from the roadside, one will think that there is nothing much to see. But we decided to get down and hike into it…it’s like a lost world!

Now, a second trip is under planning, to hike further into the jungle, into the unknown place for most of the local city people.  I bet it’s going to be awesome!
