Saw this beautiful cloud when I was having tea with a friend this afternoon. It looked like an Aladdin Lamp at first, then it changed to something, which I reckon, like a doggy doing surfing.

The sky can be beautiful especially after rain in the evening. Saw this when I went out to my back yard to feed my cats this evening, so immediately I went to grab my camera for some quick snaps.
The red orange sky color is always beautiful.

It’s a beautiful day today, well at least before 3pm when it’s about to rain. Since my lady was staying overnight at her friend’s place last night. So I had some free time today for a day out to do some quick snaps.

Not sure about the available options in other countries, over here in Kota Kinabalu, the Nikon D5000 only comes with the AF-S 18-55mm VR kit lens.
I have had lots of funs with the 18-55mm lens since the day I bought the camera. Focus is fast even in low light, very close minimum focus distance, images are sharp, and it’s very light weight too. However, after been playing with it for a while, I did come to situations where I wish I had a zoom lens so that I could snap from a distance. So after some discussion and research, I finally went out to grab my 2nd lens couple days ago, an AF-S VR Zoom-Nikkor 70-300mm f4.5-5.6 G IF-ED.

Bought a new lens couple days ago, a Nikon AF-S 70-300mm VR. Wanted to go out to try to snap some pretty ladies on street but it’s raining. So ended up shooting my little kitty at my backyard. Anyway, picture was cropped at 50% at 210mm focal length. A little bit blur due to hand shaked (my friend told me it’s the side effect of too much coffee).
